Providing Pre-School (15 hours Free), Before and After School Club, Wrap Around, Holiday Club and Full Day Care
Coppice Care Club and Pre-School offer a range of childcare options to deliver quality childcare to help support parents of the local community and beyond.
We are open 51 weeks of the year, only closing between Christmas and New Year or in adverse weather conditions when the school is forced to close for Health and Safety Reasons.
Breakfast Club
Care Club provides children with a good start to their day by providing a healthy breakfast and a drink of either water/milk/juice before they play with their friends and enjoy the range of activities we have on offer.
Wrap Around
The Coppice Care Club and Pre-School provide a service for parents whose children attend the school nursery. Our staff will collect and escort the children to their designated classrooms and hand them over to a member of school staff.
Working within the Early Years Foundation Stage, we plan a range of activities that provide the children with learning and play opportunities to provide them with a fun and educational session. We liaise with the school to ensure that we are meeting individual children’s learning and developmental needs.
Children are provided with drinks and snacks but are required to bring in a packed lunch.
After School Club
From the end of the school day until the children are picked up by parents, they are provided with a range of indoor and outdoor activities including cooking, board games, art and craft activities, fun science activities, small world toys such as cars and dinosaurs, computer equipment, books etc., as well as outdoor activities such as football, games, cricket etc.
We also provide the children with a healthy light tea and drinks to keep them going until they go home for dinner.

Pre-School - 15 Hours of Free Early Education Funding
From the term after a child’s 3rd Birthday they are entitled to 15 hours of free childcare. The 15 hours is only offered during term time between 9.00am and 3.00pm.
We run various sessions from Monday to Friday and examples of the hours your child attend can be seen below. You can add paid sessions on, such as Breakfast Club or After School Club. We also offer full day care for children aged 3+ (additional fees apply).

Holiday Club
Our very popular Holiday Club is open to all children in the local and wider community who need childcare during holiday periods. We also cover inset days for the Coppice Primary School.
Our Holiday Club provides children with a range of fun activities during the day. We also regularly have outside professionals come in to entertain and educate the children, examples of recent visitors are The Animal Man, Juggling and Circus Workshop, Go-Karting, Puppet Workshop. (All visitors hold a full Enhanced Disclosure). Children can bring their bikes and scooters (provided a helmet is provided).
Parents can drop and pick up their child anytime between their booked session times. Children are provided with a variety of drinks and snacks throughout the day but are required to bring in a healthy packed lunch.
