Kinetic Letters is an evidence-informed programme that builds the cognitive and physical skills for handwriting. It makes handwriting a valuable tool rather than a hindrance, benefitting every curriculum area, self-esteem, and engagement with learning.
The programme builds handwriting automaticity through teaching mastery of the physical and cognitive components of handwriting. It also combines knowledge of child-development, with expert understanding of the way in which pupils learn most effectively, to produce rapid results from any starting point.
Kinetic Letters Fulfils the requirements of the National Curriculum, ELGs and the Expected Standards for unjoined and Joined writing, and allows for fast implementation whatever the child’s age.
